About

I am a veterinarian with the unique complication of being allergic to my patients. This new finding has lead to far more downtime then I have ever had in my life. My new found free time is both wonderful and horrible.

I am overcome with excitement for the amazing opportunity to dive into creative venues that I have always been drawn to, but never had time for. At the same time, my heart is breaking with the realization that I must say goodbye to the once passionate career of a small town veterinarian.

As I examine my circumstances I realize my deepest desire has always been to help as many animals and people as possible within my capabilities. The clouds of sadness begin to lift  as I come to realize the potential impact I may have in sharing my stories with you.

My friends often joke about my innate ability  to find myself in very unusual circumstances -which typically makes for very funny, outrageous, or at the very least, engaging stories.

My hope through my writing is that you may be thoroughly entertained and moved by my experiences.

I am often humbled by the power of human caring and what a magnificent movement it would be if we could truly make a difference in the lives of animals worldwide.

Thank you for reading and I sincerely look forward to our journey together.

  1. You are an amazing animal lover and I wish I lived near you so you could take care of my rescue animals. Just a reminder for everyone to go to theanimalrescuesite.com to help feed rescued and injured animals all you have to do is click no buying involved. I will continue to visit your site probably daily to look for more stories from you.
