Tony is now “Sophia.”
How precious!!! I am happy to report that she is feeling much better. It was a bit touchy these last few days, but she is suckling on a baby bottle and keeping it down – YAY!
Life is hard work when you’re a baby squirrel:-)

I am a veterinarian with the unique quality of being allergic to my patients - this new finding has lead to far more downtime then I have ever had in my life. My new found free time is both wonderful and horrible. It is exciting to dive into more creative venues that I have always been drawn to, but never had the time for, and very heartbreaking to have to say goodbye to the once passionate career of small town veterinarian.
